The Republic Act No. 9710 of the Philippine Republic, or also known as the Magna Carta of Women, seeks to eliminate discrimination against women by ensuring that they are enjoying their rights as written in the Philippine Constitution. Additionally, this includes the elimination of discrimination of women in the workspace to aid in bestowing equal treatment before the law.
